Introducing Dr. Silano
Dr. Andre Silano is the clinic director at All Star Health and a dedicated chiropractor with a strong belief in a multi-disciplinary approach to healthcare. All Star Health employs a team of professionals, including pain doctors, chiropractors, exercise and soft tissue therapists, and closely collaborates with medical doctors to provide the most comprehensive and effective care for patients.
Dr. Silano is passionate about continuing to educate both the Arizona business and medical communities. He regularly speaks on the benefits of combining Interventional Pain Management with Chiropractic care, addressing groups such as:
- Insurance companies
- Physician groups
- Attorneys
- The public
Education and Training
Dr. Silano graduated from Niagara University with a degree in Human Biology and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. In 1997, he moved to Arizona and founded All Star Health, where he continues to apply his passion and expertise in the chiropractic profession.
In 2000, Dr. Silano and the All Star Health team were invited by the highly respected Desert View Family Medicine to join their practice as the only chiropractic provider. By May 2006, All Star Health and Desert View Family Medicine moved into a newly built, 18,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art medical facility in Gilbert, AZ.
Chiropractic Specializations and Active Release Technique
Dr. Silano is certified as the highest-level provider of Active Release Technique (ART), a cutting-edge method that has become the gold standard in the professional sports world. ART is a progressive, patented technique designed to treat soft tissue injuries, including those to:
- Muscles
- Tendons
- Fascia
- Nerves
- Surrounding soft tissues
Dr. Silano’s extensive experience in soft tissue injury management has made his practice a go-to choice for athletes. his expertise in ART and chiropractic care has led to him being selected as the in-house chiropractic consultant for the EXOS in Phoenix, AZ. There, he works with professional athletes to improve functional performance and keep them injury-free.
Each year, Dr. Silano travels with the API team to NFLPA conferences in Hawaii, Florida, and the Bahamas, where he provides cutting-edge treatment techniques and educates NFL professionals on improving performance and preventing injuries.
Additional Contributions and Certifications
Dr. Silano has also served as a soft tissue injury consultant for the Arizona State Sports Medicine Team, working with athletes across various sports. He has treated numerous professional athletes and served as an ART provider at Ironman events. Dr. Silano also received training in Biomechanical Analysis and Performance, which has furthered his ability to treat athletic injuries.
In 2008, Dr. Silano earned a degree from the Institute of Functional Medicine, expanding his knowledge and allowing him to better address the disease process in his patients.
