We require 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations, depending on the service. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled service. Group appointments will be charged for the entire booking unless proper cancellation notice is given.
Refunds & Credits:
In the event that a service cannot be provided due to factors beyond your control or your medical condition, you will receive a refund or credit. However, if the cancellation is due to a misrepresentation of your medical history or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of service, you will be charged in full.
